(Feeder Cattle Weighted Average Report for 4/9/18 through 4/14/18)
Kansas Weighted Average Report for the three feeder cattle auctions (Dodge City,
Pratt and Salina totaled 12,312 head including 11,849 head of feeder cattle and
calves. Weighted average based on 10,860 head or about 92 percent of the total
supply. Approximately 80 percent of the feeders 600 lbs and over. Feeder supply
61 percent steers and 39 percent heifers.
